this is [ -2+/-sqroot (4-28)/2 = (-2+Sqroot-24)/2 and (-2 -sqroot-24)/2 these can be simplified to

( -2 +2sqroot-6)/2 = -1+ sqroot-6

(-2 -2sqroot-6)/2 = -1 -sqroot-6

so a=-1, b=1, c=-6
