The same function is given twice, once in vertex form,
and once in standard form
f(x) =a(x-h)^2 +k
f(x)= ax^2 +bx +c

f(x) = a(x^2 -2hx + h^2) + k = ax^2 -2ahx + ah^2 + k
f(x) = ax^2 + bx + c
b= -2ah and c=k+ah^2
they're the same equation. Just convert b to -2ah and c to k+ah^2
