Find the​ fourth-degree polynomial function with zeros 7​, −7​, 7i​, and −7i. I need to write the function in factored form.

(x^2-49)(x^2+49)

or (x-7)(x+7)(x-7i)(x+7i)

just take each zero and put an x in front of it to get 4 factors

(normally change the sign of the zero, but it doesn't matter in this case since you have conjugate pairs)
