The first part of the question is just creating a table with select X values and the corresponding Y values
3) y=x-4
X | Y
-1 | -1-4= -5
0 | 0-4= -4
1 | 1-4= -3
2 | 2-4= -2
4) y=x3+1
X | Y
-2 | (-2)3+1=-8+1= -7
-1 | (-1)3+1=-1+1= 0
0 | (0)3+1=0+1= 1
1 | (1)3+1=1+1= 2
2 | (2)3+1=8+1= 9
4) y=x2-3
X | Y
-2 | (-2)2-3=4-3= 1
-1 | (-1)2-3=1-3= -2
0 | (0)2-3=0-3= -3
1 | (1)2-3=1-3= -2
2 | (2)2-3=-4-3= 1
Now it is just a matter of plotting these X & Y coordinates on the same graph
