asked 11/11/20Needing pressure point anatomy information for sleep, adhd, tourettes.
I am looking into magnotherapy for someone who suffers from sleepwalking, insomnia, add/adhd, tourettes and depression. I can't find any online printable (free) charts to help me. The only one I found was one that showed one for insomnia in the index finger and one for the anxiety in the ear. Are there any resources out there I have missed? Sleep is the most of their concerns, followed by add/adhd, depression, and ticks. The tick are facial winking with an open mouth and snapping fingers. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Hello Tammy:
I was a special ed teacher. I met many parents and guardians often look for alternative therapies to help their children cope with insomnia, add/adhd, and/or Tourett syndrome. I am not sure what kind of "charts" you are looking for regarding magnotherapy. I have found a couple of references that may help you understand better how magnotherapy may help with the involuntary muscle spasms in his/her face.

I am looking for placement of magnets to best treat his problems. I have since found out the ear has many pressure points to apply these magnets for relaxation. The chiropractor I asked said he could never cure his ticks, but maybe help control them by adjusting the his neck at the bottom of his head and top of neck.11/14/20
