Can the person who owns your house wifi, see what Microsoft apps you open?

I want to be able to open Microsoft apps on my PC, without anyone seeing how long I was on there, and that I opened it. Is this possible?

No, they cannot see what apps you are using, unless you somehow let them snoop around on your device.

However, if you are referring to internet usages, they do have full access to data usage via your network provider, which they would have to verbally request from the company.

In terms of apps, though?

I wouldn't worry too much. Just keep a password or pin on your computer.
