The general procedure: Set up the division problem and work it through. I think this will give one or more expressions containing "n". Some combo of these will allow you to solve for n.

To start: the first 2 terms, divided by x +3, yields "x^2"..in the next step, it looks like we will see an expression which includes: (n-1)*x^2
