What is 2.5p + 4m<= 30 in y=mx+b form? Also need the steps to get it, thank you!

Hi Nayeli C
According your comment above, p is the independent variable, so m is the dependent variable.
Therefore in
y = mx + b
Where x is the independent variable and y is the dependent variable
p = x
m = y
Take
2.5p + 4m ≤ 30
- Make it an equality
- Solve for m
- Isolate m on one side of the equation
- Divide both sides of the equation by 4
2.5 p + 4m = 30
4m = -2.5p + 30
m = -0.6p + 7.5
According to your information above
m = -0.6p + 7.5 is in the Slope Intercept Form
y = mx + b
I will leave it to you to follow the signs and set up the inequality in this format.
