I get the width as 40 yards and the length as 163 yards. To get this answer I defined w as the width, making the length to be 4w+3. Then I added up the sides to create and equation for the perimeter which is given as 406 yards. Simplified that equation is 10w+6=406. Solving, that we find w=40, and then the length is 163.
