Mathematically you can multiply the amount of seasoning for 3 pounds to 7.2 pounds but you may run the risk of over seasoning, especially if the seasoning contains salt. Instead, add about 75% of the calculated seasoning amount, take a portion of the meat, cook it, then taste to to make sure seasoning is correct. Hope that helps.
