Find three consecutive integers such that five times the sum of the first and -4 is 35 less than the sum of the second and third.

Apologies, I missed the '5 times the sum of the first integer and -4 " The correct equation is 5(N-4)=2N+3 -35 ; solving for N: 3N= -12 so N = -4 And the 3 integers are -4, -3, -2 CHECK: 5 ( -4 - 4) = -40 -3 + -2 = -5 Indeed -40 is 35 less than -5.
