kim has a 30% chance of having a child born w a heart defect for every pregnancy she has. She has always wanted to have 2 children. Using the random variable x, find the probability distribution of kim having 2 children with a heart defect

Based on the information you have given, there is no way to be sure about the probability density or distribution function UNLESS you assume that the 30% is to be used as the probability in a binomial distribution...no different than coin tossing. But then you need to specify how many trials. 2? Then
