1. Rearrange the equation so you have y = ...... (mx + c, where m and c are constants)
2. Then m is the slope so you can use this to answer (1)
3. For (2) use your answer from (1) to help
4. And for (3) , if the slope is m, when x decreases by 10, y will change by -10m, so you can use the value of m to help you here
