Well let's say we buy t small trucks, then we buy 2t vans, and we buy 280 - 3t large trucks.

(exercise for you to figure out why this is true).

Total cost : 20000t + 110000 t + 70000 (280 - 3t) = 14000000

Linear equation in t, which hopefully you can solve. (exercise for you).

Knowing t, you can figure out the number of each type of truck.
