I will get you started on this one. The four vertices give the only possible values that could make c the highest (maximum) or lowest (minimum). For the four choices given (a, b, c, d), you want to substitute in each vertex point's x and y-value and see which of the four vertices makes c the highest (maximum) number. In one of those four choices (a, b, c, d), the point (4, 0) which is x = 4 and y = 0 will make c the highest number out of the four vertices.
