The tangent line touches the function, and has the same slope at the point in question. So take the derivative of f(x), evaluate df/dx at x=pi/6 to find the slope of the line. Evaluate f(x) at x=pi/6 and you know the point (pi/6,f(pi/6)) is shared by the line and the function. Use the point-slope form of a line to finish writing the equation.
