since we have slope and point we can use line equation y = mx + b where y =2, x =-9 , and m = -3/4

2 = -3/4 * -9 + b ----> b= -4.75

your line equation is    y = -3/4 x - 4.75

to graph this function  make table with y and x and chose for x  three positive point and three negative points 

x= 0      , 1    , 2      , -1, -2    , -3           substitute this points in line function and find y 

y= -4.75, -5.5, -6.25, -4, -3.25, -2.5

 

put these points on Cartesian Y X coordinates   and   connect the points then u will have graph of line

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

y - 2 = (-3/4)(x - (-9))

y - 2 = (-3/4)(x + 9) 

4(y - 2) = -3(x + 9)

4y - 8 = -3x - 27

 

4y = -3x - 19

y = -3x/4 - 19/4
