The point slope form of a line equation is (y-y1) = m(x-x1)
Here the line equation is -5x+6y=18.
The slope of the given line is 5/6
Any line perpendicular to this line should have a slope of -6/5 to satisfy m1m2 = -1.
So the slope of the new line is -6/5
SO the equation of the new line in point slope form is
(y-2) = (-6/5)(x+6)
