Graph the function f(x)=5x−2 on the axes below. You must plot the asymptote and any two points with whole number coordinates.

f(x) = 5^x-2

This is just the graph of y = 5^x shifted two units to the right. Look up the basic behavior of f(x) = 5^x. You graph will look the same except shifted two units to the right. The asymptote is the x axis; that is, y → 0 as x → -∞. Two other points: choose x = 0 and x = 2. Plug those x values into the equation for f(x) to get the corresponding y-values. Then plot them and sketch the graph.
