To find the max height, you have to find the vertex. The x coordinate is found by:
t = -b/(2a)
t = -96/(2*-16)
t=3
Now, plug this into the original equation to find the y coordinate, which will be the max height.
h=−16(3)2+96(3)+4
h = 148 ft
