Here's how to do this one.
By definition, angular velocity is ω = v/r [ω = angular velocity in radians/sec, v = linear velocity, r = radius
Here, we know ω and r, so we can calculate v.
Rewriting the above equation, v = ωr
= (π/3) x 8 cm/sec
= 8π/3 cm/sec.
