In the numerator, you can factor out the GCF (Greatest Common Factor of 4)
This gives you 4(3x-16)
The denominator, if you factor it, gives you (x+6)(x-5)
So 4(3x-16)/(x+6)(x-5)
Nothing cancels out, so it can't be simplified.
