Unless there is a typo or this is a trick question, there is no oblique asymptote, the highest exponent in the numerator equals the highest exponent in the denominator, so the asymptote is horizontal, not oblique. To find the horizontal asymptote, you would use the coefficients, y=-3/-7 which simplifies to y=3/7
