LOG_b(1/b^2) = Log_b( b^(-2)) = -2

Perhaps there is a typo in the question?
If it was really logb(1/b3), then
logb(1/b3) = -3 logbb = -3(1) = -3
Then answer choice (2) would be correct. Either way, the question is stated incorrectly, or the choices are stated incorrectly.
