A swimmer can cross a lake in 15 minutes and 35 seconds while traveling 3.85 miles per hour. If the swimmer wants to cross the lake in 13 minutes,how fast must he swim?

It is actually an inverse proportion. If distances are equal, in order to decrease time, speed must be increased.
