Once you have the points plotted on graph paper, you will be able to visualize the answer. I'll assume you want the "slope-intercept" format:
y = mx + b, where m is the slope, and b is the y-intercept.
Since you are given the coordinates of 3 points, you can use any 2 of them to create 2 equations in 2 unknowns (unknowns are m and b). Let's try it for points 2 and 3:
For (2,-3): -3 = m(2) + b
For (4,-7): -7 = m(4) + b
Solve this pair for m and b
Finally, check your equation using the first point
