We are give the zeros of a polynomial with are also the x values:
x = 3 x = -3 x = -6
We want to move our zeros to be on the same side as the x's to find the factors of our polynomial:
x - 3 x + 3 x + 6
Now we can multiply them all together use the distributive property to find the resulting polynomial:
(x - 3)(x + 3)(x + 6)
(x2 - 3x + 3x - 9)(x + 6)
(x2 - 9)(x + 6)
x3+6x2 - 9x - 54
