I graphed the three points and it appears that the vertex is (7,6)
f(x) moved 7 units to the right and up 6 units
g(x)=(x-7)^2+6
I also graphed (6,7), (8,7), (4,15) and (10,15) and all the points form a parabola shifted as explained
