The formula for finding the c term to complete the square is (b/2)2
In this example, the b term is -8. So to find the c term (-8/2)2= (-4)2 = 16

So... ax^2 + bx + c = x^2 - 8x + 16 = (x - 4)^2 ... This is a perfect square.11/20/19
