I used desmos, but here is a description:
First of all, all lines are dotted/dashed , not solid, because of the strict inequalities.
The first function can be defined/rewritten as:
-x - 3 if x<=-3 and x+3 otherwise
x+3 and 2x-1 meet at (2,5).
THe solution set is anything below -x-3 AND between x+3 and 2x-1.
It is the shape of a convex quadrilateral, with interior point (-3,0).
THe right wing ends at (2,5) and begins at (-3,0)
the left wing and nose tip go off to infinity and negative infinity respectively
