This is not an Arithmetic Sequence -- there is not a constant difference, d.
This is not a Geometric Sequence -- there is not a constant ratio, r.
Now, you may try various patterns that you have seen before. Note that, with six terms, there may be several patterns that fit.
One very obvious sequence starts with two terms (-5 and 3) and the next term is always the sum of the two previous terms.
So, -5, 3, -2, 1, -1, 0, -1, -1
