To solve an equation for y means to isolate y.
4x = 3y...Divide both sides by 3 to get (4x)/3 = y
So the equation solved for y is
y = (4x)/3
When x = 4, y = (4*4)/3= 16/3
When x = 5, y = (4*5)/3 = 20/3
When x = 6 y = (4*6)/3 = 24/3 = 8
