The "slope-intercept" equation format is Y = mX + b, where m is the slope, and b is the Y-intercept (The value of Y when X = 0)
4X - 5Y = 16
rearrange to match the format:
-5Y = -4X - 16
divide by 5:
-Y = -4X/5 - 16/5
multiply by -1:
Y = 4X/5 + 16/5
So: m is 4/5 and b is 16/5
