I will not do this problem for you, but I will tell you how to do it.
Consider the equation of the given line to be y=mx+b.
The slope of the line parallel to this line is m.
The slope of the line perpendicular to this line is -1/m.
Now use the point slope form to get your answer: slope = (y-y1)/(x-x1) where (x1,y1) is the given point.
Then you will need to re-arrange ("massage") this form into the form required.
BTW in part 3, it is not clear what the "given line" is.
