Difference means you subtract so "the difference of y and 4" would be written as y - 4. At least -15 means it's an inequality so you get the equation:
y - 4 > -15 ; where y - 4 is greater than or equal to -15.
To solve this you get y by itself. To do that you add 4 to both sides getting you y > -11.
**Reminder -15 + 4 means subtraction so you get -11 NOT -19.
