Let x = speed on return trip. Then, speed going = x+5
Since the distances each way are the same, we have:
3(x+5) = 3.5x
3x + 15 = 3.5x
0.5x = 15
x = 30 mph
One way distance = 3.5(30) = 105
Round trip distance = 2(105) = 210 miles
