While the Solutrean hypothesis has been largely rejected by the archaeology community, your question does pose an interesting hypothetical. Solutrean humans would likely have gained much of their food from the sea- think whales, seals, etc- along the ice edge. However, such a protein-focused diet would have been lacking in other areas- fruits, vegetables (important sources of Vitamin C, especially). I would expect to see high rates of scurvy and other nutrient deficiency pathologies.
