If Solutrean humans migrated to America along the ice edge of the North Atlantic, would they have travelled on foot or by boat?

Based on our current understanding of how humans reached the Americas, if the Solutrean-point groups were to travel along the edge of the North Atlantic, it would have been by boat. Much of the area would have been icebergs rather than a land bridge, as some might imagine it.

Unfortunately, there is not much credibility to the North Atlantic crossing theory, so any answer we give really is just speculation.
