Based on our current understanding of how humans reached the Americas, if the Solutrean-point groups were to travel along the edge of the North Atlantic, it would have been by boat. Much of the area would have been icebergs rather than a land bridge, as some might imagine it.
Unfortunately, there is not much credibility to the North Atlantic crossing theory, so any answer we give really is just speculation.
