The point-slope form of the equation of a line is:
y - y1 = m(x-x1)
where m is the slope of the line and (x1,y1) is a point on the line.
Fill in the values for m, x1, and y1:
y - 6 = 0*(x-3) [This is the point-slope form of the equation of this line.]
Often, y-6=0 will be changed to y=6, but please realize that this is the slope-intercept form of the equation for this line.
