One thing that has changed is that now we live in the "Moment", and we all want fast and faster responses through our phone. Emails are slow these days. Everything is thrown at us now. We hit Enter, we want and expect an answer. We don't have patience anymore for waiting. Our brains have become transformed looking for that immediate rush of Dopamine so as marketers, we need to explore that channel to optimize our marketing.
