word problem scientific notation

the mass of Neptune is about 1x10^26 kilograms.  The mass of Jupiter is about 2x10^27 kilograms.  Approximately how many times heavier is Jupiter than Neptune?  
 
The answer given is 20, but I don't know how to do the work.
