Since it's so competitive it's about differentiating in some way with regards to marketing - feature where the water is from; how it's produced; how it makes you feel. Brand awareness, product costs, profit margins, and customer expectations are important for restaurant chains. Additionally, the business development and sales programs for the water companies are very aggressive to ensure that they maintain and/or increase their market. These companies are constantly engaged with their customers.
