gets rid of exponents less than or equal to zero; simplifies to:
4z^4/x^3 divided by (z^6/ (xy^(1/3))^(-3/2)
flips the second part over and multiplies each exponent by 3/2
4z^4/x^3 divided by (x^(3/2) y^(1/2) / z^9
KFC: keep, change, flip when dividing fractions:
4z^4/ x^3 * z^9 / x^(3/2)y^(1/2)
adds the exponents
4z^13 / x^(8/3)y^(1/2)
