h(x)=1/98x^2 describes h(x) the height of part of a roller coaster track, where x isthe horizontal distance in feet fron the center of this section of the track. The tower support the part that are the same height and are 150 feet apart which is the best estimate of the height of the tower

If the towers are 150 feet apart each is 75 feet from the lowest point of the track.

h(75) = x²/98

h(75) = 75²/98

h(75) = 5626/98

h(75) ≈ 57.3979592

 

The towers are approximately 57.4 feet tall.
