You can invest in Google AdWords to target them; engage with some managers/owners via LinkedIn; attend restaurant/hospitality trade shows and conferences; and hit the pavement to meet and pitch to them. The restaurant industry is very hands on, so you'll have to use a combination of digital and traditional selling. Many owners won't be as digitally savvy as you, so you'll have to show them the benefits of your products and get buy-in from managers and/or their marketing team, if they have that.
