This is the sentence in German. However, in German culture, you would also expect the person to tell you why you cannot guarantee that the information is correct. What's the reason? And by when can you confirm it's correct or provide correct information? Germans have a very high level of uncertainty avoidance and an extreme need for details and precision. They can accept that you may not have 100% correct information right now, but you need to communicate why, by when you'll have it, etc. I hope this helps ....
