There are thousands of English words that exist in German and that are used by Germans on a daily basis. You just need to know what their article is, e.g. der Computer, das Internet, der Link, das Keyboard, der Check-in, das Gate, das Sofa, der Smoothie, etc. There are also English verbs that are "germanized" like downloaden, canceln, checken, etc. However, there are also words in German that look like English words but have a different meaning, such as "das Handy" (that's a cell phone) or "der Smoking" (that's a tuxedo).
On the other hand, if you have a text that can be fully translated into German except for a specific name or group, which you would like to keep as an English word/ name/ expression, e.g. "The HR On-boarding Program", then you would look at the last word (here: Program), see what the German word is (das Programm) and use that article, i.e. "das HR On-boarding Programm" (yes, you would spell "Programm" with 2m, because that's the German word for program.
