No the atoms in the minerals are mostly original still, but the rock cycle has resulting in the recycling of a lot of this material, especially through the destructive plate tectonics processes and the constructive process of making new rocks with volcanoes. All non-organic rocks (limestone, coal, etc) trace their origins back to igneous rock and plenty new is made through volcanism.
