In theory, yes. But, it would be really difficult. You would probably be more concerned about internal bleeding or other really horrible effects from overdosing than your temperature.
Can an antipyretic (I.e. Aspirin) lower normal body temperature?
Is it possible for an antipyretic medication taken when not experiencing fever to cause a person's body temperature to drop below normal? I found [one article](http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7976349) that seems to say yes, but only for large doses (in mg/kg) in mice.
