Best guess only....use an online graphing tool to check
As x approaches zero, the exponent goes to 1, and therefor has no effect.
The log of 1 is 0, so we are left with 0/0
So...my initial answer was 1. However, using the DESMOS online graphing tool, I get 0.
I tried also log1 / x (without the exponent)
Here is how we might explain it: for all values of x, the top term is zero. If we then divide by a VERY small number for x, we still get 0. Thus, we can say that the 0 on top has a higher priority, or precedence.

No when we take log on both sides and apply L'Hospitals rule we get the answer as 109/20/23
